Product Terms & Accuracy

1. We strive to provide accurate product descriptions, images, and pricing. However, due to the artisanal and seasonal nature of tea, variations in appearance, color, or aroma may occur. These natural differences are not defects.

2. All products, services, and content constitute an “invitation to offer.” Your order constitutes your “offer,” which the Company may accept or reject at its sole discretion.

3. Orders may be cancelled if:

• The product is mispriced.

• Inventory is unavailable.

• The User’s information is inaccurate or unverifiable.

Pricing, Payments & Taxes

• Prices are listed in INR for domestic orders. International customers may view prices in USD or other supported currencies.

• Prices for Indian customers include GST. International buyers are responsible for customs duties, import taxes, and other local levies.

• We accept major debit/credit cards, UPI, net banking, and secure international payments.

• The prices and availability of products are subject to change without prior notice at the sole discretion of Kaahu Brews Pvt Ltd, owner of www.kaahuteas.com

Shipping & Delivery

• We ship across India and selected international destinations.

• Domestic orders usually arrive within 3–7 business days.

• International orders may take 10–21 business days depending on customs clearance.

• Tracking information is provided after dispatch.

• Kaahu Brews Pvt Ltd is not liable for customs-related delays or rejections.

• www.kaahuteas.com shall levy Partial COD charges as displayed on the payment/checkout page when orders are booked via the COD Route & these charges will be added to the customers bill once the Order is finalised.

If a non-delivery or late delivery is due to User error (e.g., incorrect address), additional charges for re-delivery will be borne by the User.

Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

Due to the perishable nature of tea:

• An order once placed cannot be cancelled.

• Returns are accepted only if the item is incorrect or damaged.

• Notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and order details at help@kaahuteas.com.

• No complaints will be entertained after 7 days of delivery.

• All refunds or replacements are subject to Company discretion.

Fraudulent Transactions

You must use only your own payment method (credit/debit card, UPI, etc.) for any transactions. The Company is not liable for fraudulent card use. If fraud is suspected, you bear the burden of proving otherwise.
