We offer Free Shipping across India on all orders above ₹500.
For orders below 500, shipping charges will be levied.
Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 business days and should be delivered between 4-7 business days.
Orders placed before 1:00 PM IST on business days are typically shipped the same day, subject to payment confirmation and stock availability.
Orders placed after 1:00 PM IST will be shipped on the next business day.
Orders received on Sundays or public holidays will be dispatched on the following working day.
During peak periods (festivals, sales, or holidays), processing and delivery times may be slightly longer.

International shipping charges are included in the retail price displayed on our website.
All international orders are shipped via India Post Priority Airmail Service (or equivalent).
Delivery timelines are approximately 7–14 business days, depending on the destination country and customs clearance.
Customs procedures may cause delays, and exact delivery times cannot be guaranteed.
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, or import taxes levied by their country. These charges are beyond our control and non-refundable.
In the event of shipment refusal by the recipient, the cost of goods and/or return shipping charges will be deducted before any refund is processed.

If an order is cancelled after payment, a 100% refund will be issued to the original payment method, and you will be informed promptly.
If non-delivery or delayed delivery occurs due to errors by the customer (e.g., incomplete or incorrect address, recipient unavailable, etc.), any additional costs for re-delivery will be borne by the customer.
