The second harvest of the year that takes place between May and June when the leaves are well rounded and matured.
These teas have amber color, bold flavor and distinctive nutty, sweet muscatel notes and are Connoisseur’s favorite.

Moonlight White Teas are exquisite white teas plucked in the night under the moonlight. This unique process enhances the flavor profile of the teas, infusing them with fruity honeyed notes and a smooth, mellow finish - the finest of all Darjeeling teas.

Kaahu in Hawaiian language means “guardian” or “protector” — someone entrusted with the safekeeping of something precious. For us, that treasure is tea.
Our Kaahus are the women, who for generations have dedicatedly hand-plucked the tender two leaves and a bud that become your perfect cup of tea. They are the heart of our craft, the hands behind every harvest and the soul behind every sip.
