WHAT IS KAAHU?
Kaahu in Hawaiian language means “guardian” or “protector” — someone entrusted with the safekeeping of something precious. For us, that treasure is tea.

EXCLUSIVE EARLY DAY PLUCKS
The first pluck of the season, Day 1 and 2 leaves are the freshest and most delicate of the harvest. They capture the garden’s purest expression — vibrant, delicately floral and with a natural sweetness that only comes once a year. Produced in extremely limited quantities, these teas are a true treat for tea lovers.
The next best of the season, Day 4 to Day 8 plucks come from the first few days of Darjeeling’s prized First Flush — a season that lasts just around 60 days. These early leaves are rich in natural aroma with a crisp, floral character unique to the very start of spring. With lower yields in the early days, only a small quantity can be harvested, making these teas rare, coveted, and a true treat for connoisseurs.
